Saw Walk Hard the other night and that was fantastic and hilarious. Way better than I thought it would be, it looked stupid but I should always remember to have faith in John C. Reily.

I watched Juno two nights ago (my boyfriend works at Hollywood Video, we see movies before they go out on DVD a lot) we of course saw it in theatres but oh man it is so good. Fantastic. I wish I was half as cool as the fictional character, Juno.

And last night I watched the original theatrical release of The Empire Strikes Back, I don't think I need to say anything about that. Best movie ever.

I watched Sweweney Todd. Loved the film. Little Toby is a magnificent singer, especially when he sings to Mrs. Lovett at the end!

Sasha Cohen did an awesome job as Pirelli and Timothy Spall is such a great actor. I loved his role as the Beadle.

There Will Be Blood - there are not enough words to say about Daniel Day Lewis - I wasn't watching him I was seeing the character - he WAS that person - he was incredible - the background music was so random - the character interaction with the preacher (he was the teen that didn't speak in Little Miss Sunshine) - it was absolutely incredible - if you haven't see it I totally recommend it - I can see how Daniel Day Lewis won the best actor Oscar - Since I've seen all the Oscar best picture nominees, There Will Be Blood should have won best picture and best director, hands down

Lion of the Lambs - I turned it off half way through - Tom Cruise was okay - the soldiers were the movie but they didn't show them enough - too bad Meryl Streep and Robert Redford got caught in a dud - I do not recommend it at all - I will probably watch the end of the movie when it's on HBO

Looking for Richard - EXCELLENT! The cast is incredible - Al Pacino, explaining all the Shakespeare and history of the period is excellent - if your studying this time period and Shakespeare, rent this - it will help you understand it all so much better - I know we'll be watching it again, my daughter is taking Shakespeare next year for her Literature class

The Painted Veil. Beautiful scenery. Depressing but captivating.

Watched the first hour of Return of the Jedi then watched it during commercials for Ice Princess.
When I had Ice Princess on, my dad was sitting there watching it with me, actually interested in it. It's weird because he's more anti-disney than both of my brothers and my sis-in-law combined.

    Over the weekend I watched:

There Will Be Blood. No wonder Daniel got the oscar for it. great movie and a great performance. Paul Dano was good too.

Sweeney Todd: Excellent! I wish I had seen this in a theater on the big screen.

How do you watch Ice Princess with Star Wars during commercials, definitely should be the other way around.

Saw Masterpiece Theater's BBC production of Sense and Sensibility. It was very good but I still like the Emma Thompson/Kate Winslet version the best.
