I saw some weird movie on HBO last night called CHUMSCRUBBER or something like that. A lot of big names like Glenn Close, Ralph Feinnes, Rita Wilson, Jamie Bell (billy elliot), etc etc about bizarre upper middle class suburbia where one resident is mourning the suicide of her son and another resident is about to get married... both on the same day.
It's really interesting stuff.
What made me upset though is that there was a kid who played the "tuba". NO IT'S NOT A TUBA... IT'S A BLOODY EUPHONIUM!!!! Ugh. Us euphonium players are never represented well... except for in that Ewan McGregor movie BRASSED OFF!

The Good Shepherd, very powerful, but very sad. Robert De Niro directed this film.
