I watched the Twilight Zone movie on DVD. Best story was the one with John Lithgow seeing the Gremlin ripping up the plane. (the remake of the Shatner episode).

(Friday) Fantastic 4 - Rise of the Silver Surfer. Even Jessica Alba couldn't save that movie.

(Saturday) Next. OK but didn't do much for me.

The 2 movies made me flip flop, I now like Jessica Biel more than Jessica Alba.

Evan Almighty. It was a cute family movie that we will probably add to our collection. It's hard finding movies for "family night," but we all liked this one.

(F4)My girls who love sci fi/action movies fell asleep watching it. Hopefully you find it more interesting.

Next - Interesting premise. It was based on a novel by Philip K. Dick, an author I really like so I was hoping for a better adaptation.

GR- Did you see the first Fantastic 4 movie? Because I enjoyed the first one and I was hoping Silver Surfer would be better than the first.

Agreed. When my 9 y/o son is saying Evan Almighty was better than F42, you have a problem.

I was hoping that too. I LOVE Silver Surfer, but even his awesomeness (which was way too little) couldn't save it.

I saw Disney's "Kronk's new Groove" and I like it!! It was hilarious!!! It's mainly focuses on Kronk after the defeat of Yzma. As well, the return of Yzma, for a little time, but Kuzco, Pancho(sp?) and Chitcha(sp?) make a special appearance as well along with the voices that played them. One quote I laughed at was when Kronk went, "Don't cry for me, Marge and Tina!" LOL

That thing that sucks is, it is only about an hour long. Know why it went straight to DVD.

I watched Clerks II. Definetly liked the first film better. The second one was alright but it was just weird at some spots (the dancing sequence and the whole animal erotica, wtf!?). But the Elias character was too funny. He stole the movie for me.
