    Saw "Horton Hears a Who!". It was good, not great, but good. In my humble opinion, they shouldn't have promoted the names (Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, Carol Burnett, and Seth Rogen) as much as they did.

    I like the animated movies where you go through the credits and see who voices who

    Crank

    This was one screwed up movie. Not to say I didn't like it, but it was just messed up. I don't think they meant for it to be a serious film, and that's okay.

    Enchanted

    Still great.

    Going to watch I Am Legend tonight too. Looking forward to seeing it.

    Penelope- It was soo cute! Very enjoyable and the costumes were beautiful! James McAvoy is my new favorite actor. Although there were a couple moments where I was just waiting for him to say "I will find you, love you, marry you and live without shame."

    Enchanted

    It was pretty cute and some parts really made me laugh at how they made fun of the whole fairy tale thing. And Pip is the freakin' cutest little critter ever.

    I just came back from seeing Semi Pro. Now let me preface this post for a moment and say how much I loved Talladega Nights and Blades of Glory. I thought both movies were hysterical. (I think you can see where this is going). Semi Pro on the other hand was simply horrible. The story was horrible, the characters simply were not likeable and.... oh, yeah.... IT WASN'T FUNNY! Did Will Ferrell run out of jokes? Or perhaps was it due to him doing the same genre over and over. Or maybe it was because he had no funnyman to work with (like Jon Heder in BoG or Sacha Baron Cohen in TN). Whatever it was... it was horrible. In fact, I think there were only two "funny" moments in the entire movie (the passing of the gun and the escaped bear). A solid two thumbs down for this. (And it doesn't look much better for his next film, Step Brothers. It's a good thing I had a free ticket for this.

    College Road Trip;
    It was actually better than I thought it would be. It was very fun to see about 8 Disney stars in one Disney Movie. Haha.

    &

    Juno;
    This movie had a great plotline.. but I felt like.. there should have been more to it. And it seemed a bit short.

    Hellboy. Had the DVD sitting around after picking it up on sale at Target some weeks back, finally cracked it open this week. Liked it when I saw it in the theatre, and liked it again after just watching it. Charming but not altogether that memorable. Will hafta check out Hellboy II tho' this summer.

    Also watched Justice League: New Frontier the week it came out. Pretty good.

    last night watched Disney's ROBIN HOOD. I haven't seen it in ages. It's kinda weird when you see duplicate animation from previous films (little john dancing like baloo, maid marion dancing like duchess, chinese cat from aristocats turned into a bunny drummer, etc). It's still pretty fun. I think my favorite part is Little John making fun of Sir Hiss.

    ^^Marion danced like Snow White too. Watch how she dances with the dog on the crutch. It's the exact same dance Snow White did with Sneezy/Dopey.

    I really want to see this, as I am told it's like Beauty and the Beast. Might have to wait for the cheap seats.
