    Harry Potter - Ron Weasley???

There have been rumors of Ron having similar powers to Miss Trelawny because of him mentioning things and then having something close to it happen later.
If this is the case, he really thinks Snape is evil.
With JK, you never know what's going to happen.
    What do you think?

I personally have a gut feeling that Snape is GOOD.

Ron has similar powers as Trelawney? How so? Besides, Trelawney has only had two premonitions so far.

And I agree, Snape is good. He's gotta be! Or else why would Dumbledore trust him so much? (OK, I know Dumbledore had bad judgment when it came to Quirrel and didn't even realize Mad Eye Moody was actually Barty Crouch Jr, but still!)

And you know what pissed me off about Dumbledore, wanting to keep Malfoy alive. I would have been glad to see the little germ get killed. And WHY would Dumbledore allow Malfoy, Crabbe, and Goyle to remain students at the school when he knows that their parents are Death Eaters. Why bring that evil into Hogwarts!?

I agree with you guys. I don't think Ron has those powers either but it's been brought up a few times on different podcasts and articles I've read.
Not into great detail but it has been brought up. I don't believe it myself.

I'm listening to the audiobooks while at work to try and catch anything I've missed from reading the books. Nothing so far..................

    All 6?
I wish I had time to do that still.
It's funny to think I started reading these books before I was married and now I'm married with 2 daughters. Time isn't on my side in regards to reading. I'll be sure to make time when the book comes out though! Sleep doesn't matter then!

Well, anything can happens, there are many mysteries, anything can´t be told right now for sure. Many mysteries.

But I have never had the feeling Ron is a seer, like Trelawney.

I think Snape is evil, a traitor, so far.

I was just reading Mugglenet the other day and read that some of the fake dreams they're thinking up in GoF actually happen, sort of.
But, no, I don't think so.
However, I notice that in #6 when Harry bumps into Trelawny, she is reading tarot cards to herself, and not knowing what they mean. She seems to have more divination than anyone knows, including herself.

Snape is a bit of both.
My take: he owed a life-debt to James (saving him from Lupin). When Snape revealed part of the prophecy to Voldemort, and contributed to James and Lily's deaths, I'm guessing that the life-debt passed to Harry.

    Ever notice this:
In PoA, H, H, and R hide in a room off the Great Hall before going down to Hagrid's. While in the room, they hear footsteps and then a door slam. Then silence. Then they go to Hagrid's.
Later when H and H are traveling back in time, they walk across the Great Hall, then slam a closet door shut and hide in it.
So, the first group heard the second group, but didn't know who it was.

Meanwhile, Dumbledore is "amused" when he discovers Buckbeak's escape. Another guess: Dumbledore also has a Time-Turner.

I've read Book 1 through Book 3 three times, and Book 4 through Book 6 twice.

I like the way you think! Interesting possibility...

I think Snape is ...well,I don't know what Snape is! I would like to think he's good...maybe he's working with Dumbledore to fool Voldemort...

And Ron...well I would think that if he was going to have some cool ability like that that she would have revealed it before the last book in the series..but you never know...
