The six-man team of writers responsible for movies such as the Jessica Simpson epics 'Dukes of Hazzard' and 'Employee of the Month' have sold a comedy pitch to Disney. The so-called Job Factory have applied the TV writers-in-a-room approach to screenwriting in order to finish scripts at a faster rate. This formula was also utilized on a previous script for Disney called 'Uncoachable'.
