Percussion, Strings, Winds, Words: Disney Signs Sheet Music Agreement with Musicnotes

Online sheet music retailer Musicnotes.com announced this week they have signed a new licensing distribution agreement with Disney Music Publishing to sell downloadable sheet music from Disney's vast catalog, including songs from The Lion King, Cinderella, High School Musical, Hannah Montana and the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy.

Sheet music can be previewed for free at www.musicnotes.com and downloaded for around $5.00 per song. Musicnotes.com currently has a digital sheet music catalog of approximately 60,000 songs.

This sounds great. I have been looking for the sheet music to the song they play in Club 33. It is a cello and piano piece of Feed the Birds. I wonder if Musicnotes would have it?

I knew this name sounded familiar, so I looked into it and they were the ones who recently acquired MXTabs a site I used to "work for (moderator on their forums) and are going to be leading the way in legal and free guitar tabs. Very respectable company, glad their getting sheet music stuff fro Disney.
