Disney to Launch 'High School Musical' and Other Disney Channel-Based Video Games
Disney Interactive Studios announced their new fall lineup of video games based on Disney Channel characters including Hannah Montana, Zack & Cody, The Cheetah Girls and the cast of "High School Musical." Among the new releases scheduled:
High School Musical: Sing It! (Wii and PS2, August) - A karaoke video game that includes 30 songs plus HSM bonus footage.
High School Musical: Makin' the Cut! (Nintendo DS, August) - Players "dance to the beat and travel across America" to tunes from HSM and HSM2.
Power Rangers: Super Legends (PS2, Nintendo DS and PC, November) - Players do battle with bad guys and solve puzzles in this fast-paced martial arts game.
Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour (Wii, October) - Dance, sing, build your fan base and live the life of the diminutive pop princess.
Hannah Montana: Music Jam (Nintendo DS, October) - Players take on the characters of both Miley Stewart and Hannah Montana, developing their musical talents and dressing accordingly.
The Cheetah Girls: Pop Star Sensations (Nintendo DS, October) - Help Galleria, Chanel, Aqua and Dorinda hone their song writing, singing and fashion skills.
The Suite Life of Zack & Cody: Circle of Spies (Nintendo DS, October) - Step into the shoes of the boys from the Tipton Hotel and investigate clues to uncover a secret spy organization.
