    Favorite Disney "radio" song

In most Disney movies, there are two versions of a popular song. The movie version. And the radio version. What is your favorite radio version Disney song.

Note that I did not include "Disneymania" songs. These were top in the radio charts in their respected year.

    Re: Favorite Disney "radio" song

Don't you mean in most recent Disney movies? My favorite of those is none of the above. I like Phil Collins' version of "I Can Go The Distance" from Hercules.

Back in 1964 Disney didn't have to make two versions of songs to get a big hit. Several songs from Mary Poppins were Top 40 smashes in their own right!

    Re: Favorite Disney "radio" song

Beauty and the Beast has been my favorite since I was little and will always be.

BD, did Phil Collins sing, "Go the distance" from Hercules? I thought it was Michael Bolton who sang that.
Press today is so concerned with cool vs. not cool that they're starting to forget good vs. bad. I'm not sure I'll ever be "cool", but I will always tirelessly strive to be "great". - Josh Groban

None. "If I Never Knew You" from Pocahontas, sung by Jon Secada and Shanice.

    Best. Disney. Ballad. Ever.

You're absolutely right Audrey. I thought of one artist and typed the other.
