You know, that when there was a time when actual companies fully sponsored television programs.
Today, we call those "informercials".
Yeech! The "Mickey" is downright scary!
And the stylizations on Br'ers is pretty strange too. There's one shot of Brer Fox that's really off funky.
And what exactly is "All-Year Air Conditioning?"
Thanks for the links!

Yeah, I wanted to ask why they drew Mickey like that? I have seen an old Soaky Soap commercial of Mickey being drawn, just like that commercial too.
Thanks for showing the videos, too.![]()

Hayley, where's this Soaky Soap ad located?
It was a video I watched of old commercials. I can't seem to find one online. Here was the only Soaky Soap commercial I could find on YouTube and it's of Donald Duck & Porky Pig. Donald Duck & Porky Pig are drawn like we are use to seeing them.

They also did Peter Pan Peanut Butter. Disney also liked Ike.
But not all were completely original animations, like these Toys for Tots or Jell-O commercials.
But the 1965 Pepsi commercial has always been one of my favorites.
