Is Pinocchio Available on DVD?

I have looked everywhere to find this on dvd. was it available, then put into the vault? is there going to be a release in the near future? would really like to buy it for my 3 1/2 y/o.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it has been vaulted. But a good place to find vaulted Disney DVD's is ebay. I've picked up a couple there that were completely unavailable anywhere else.

Digitally-remastered UK Special Edition DVD released in 2003: Out of Print

2-Disc Platinum Edition DVD expected, possibly 2009.

Yeah, it had to have been vaulted now. Like micechatters have said. You can find a copy on Ebay,Half.com,or Amazon.

The Gold Collection disc was part of the set of the first animated movies that Disney had released on DVD, back when Disney was unsure about the DVD format (one of the few times that Disney has *not* jumped on new technology).

They did an excellent transfer for that movie.... you won't be sorry to buy that movie, even if it is movie-only. Don't expect the frills of almost every recent release, but do expect to see it at its best. With the old DVD transfer being that good, I can't wait to see how nice the next release will be.
