lonelygirl15, the lead character of the series of the same name, portrayed by Jessica Lee Rose, was killed off today (8/4/07) when she was found having her rare blood transfused to members of the cult that hounded her.
In reality, Rose's contract was not being renewed after she had been cast in the ABC Family series Greek. The series will continue with season two later this year.
Season 2 actually begins on Monday. They're showing some connection to their new series Kate Modern.
