To his defense, Tom Kenny does an outstanding Starscream voice on "Transformers Animated".

right on! As hard as they were to endure, I think even the Princess Pony episodes of Transformers Animated are better than the films.

    That's A I D E N by the way.

I saw the first season of Transformers Generation 1 on dvd today at Suncoast for like $20. I almost bought it. But I went in there for the one transformers movie I have never seen. The original, animated movie. They didn't have it.

I have 2 copies of the Transformers movie. muah ahahahahaha!

    And I heart Megan Fox.

And Michael Bay, shia wouldn't be in this movie if it wasn't Spielberg's insistence right? He would have been a huge star regardless of Transformers. He was already one.

Hey Cohete? Megan Fox, or Isabel Lucas? Hmm? Who's hotter?

Megan Fox. I don't know what print you got but the close-ups on Isabel Lucas weren't very appealing to me.

All I know is that she was the hot college chick that had it in for Sam.

Of course. Doesn't deny that Michael Bay is just trying to make cool action movies and place some hot girl in it, to be the next "IT" girl, or next Megan Fox and give the girl her big break.

She's not my favorite villain from that, but at least she kind of makes sense, satirizing the kind of toy-based show that's typically marketed to girls, while Transformers is typically marketed to boys. Whereas The Fallen was just a less interesting Emperor Palpatine, (with a little Salazar Slitherin thrown into his backstory.) I don't get what purpose he served, and why we didn't just have Megatron as a villain.

I also think Sari is a more interesting human friend than Sam was in this film. Her father is a famous scientist, he gets kidnapped, she has to adjust to living in the Transformers' base...whereas Sam is just like, "Waaaaah, I wanna be normal!" :P.

And I like that Optimus has a rivalry with Sentinel Prime, showing a more "human" side to him.

And that Bulkhead becomes an artist .

Yah, I really did not buy the fact that Sam would leave Bumblebee behind. If I had a robot car guardian, I'm not ever going to say "you're done protecting me". It's ridonks.

Everything about this movie is just STUPID. Yes, it's possible to like it, but you can't deny how stupid just about EVERYTHING in this movie is. This is a really weird emotion for me because I'm dying to watch it again. But IT'S SO STUPID!!!

Nick Cage wasn’t a big actor when I cast him (in 'The Rock' 1996), nor was Ben Affleck before I put him in “Armageddon.” Shia LaBeouf wasn’t a big movie star before he did “Transformers”—and then he exploded. Not to mention Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, from “Bad Boys.” Nobody in the world knew about Megan Fox until I found her and put her in “Transformers.” I like to think that I’ve had some luck in building actors’ careers with my films.

Shia might not have been able to stroll into his next three films for DreamWorks - 'Disturbia', 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' and 'Eagle Eye' without 'Transformers' becoming a massive international hit. All opened at number one. He's always been a terrific actor but not necessarily on track to be huge, jump-to-A list- guy. He's on with Oliver Stone in a 'Wall Street' sequel and got the new John Grisham on the way too.

I loved it. It was big, loud, and cheesy. Who cares if the plot made sense? Megan Fox is my dream woman, I got to spend almost 3 hours watching cool giant robots kick each other's butts, and lots of stuff blew up. You had to know going in that it wasn't going to be Shakespeare In Love. Classic cinema, this ain't. What is it? Loads of fun.

And it's still hard thinking of Shia in all of that hype and glory, knowing he came from Even Stevens and the movie Holes.
