    Re: Favorite TV/Movie Quotes

It's in my signature line, but I heard this on a DVD of "The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet" the other day - and my Dad and I were laughing all day about it - because it's such a corny line:

"A well planned party, is a successful party.......always remember that." - Ozzie Nelson, approx. 1954

It was such a funny line, and the storyline was that he kept saying this, and he and Thorny got the whole Halloween party screwed up, and had Harriet not been there to the rescue, it would have been a total failure.

And not to be outdone by Ozzie, in the immortal words of June Cleaver ( and not to mention one of the most innocently perverse lines from television)

    From Pulp Ficition:

    Ezekiel 25:17
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyrany of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will sheperd's the weak through the valley of darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger; those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
    Bang, bang, bang...

And something completely different...I Love Lucy, the episode called "Lucy Does the Tango".

Ricky has figured out Lucy has (or had eggs) hiding in her jacket and he's asking Ethel if she's hiding eggs too. One of my top five I Love Lucy moments...

    Re: Favorite TV/Movie Quotes

Caddyshack - "This crowd has gone deadly silent, a Cinderella story outta nowhere. Former greenskeeper and now about to become the masters champion".

Stripes - "You can't go! All the plants are gonna *die*! " and "So the basic problem is that I'm still around? Where's that sharp knife we have.."

And of course the Pièce de résistance...
Dr Frankenstein: Igor, would you mind telling me whose brain I did put in?
Igor: And you won't be angry?
Dr Frankenstein: I will NOT be angry.
    Igor: Abby someone.
Dr Frankenstein: Abby someone. Abby who?
    Igor: Abby Normal.
    Dr Frankenstein: Abby Normal?
Igor: I'm almost sure that was the name.

"We believed in our idea - a family park where parents and children could have fun- together."

    -Walt Disney
