    Re: Cartoons of the 80's

    Ooo great topic!

I was such a cartoon freak! I watched them all. My Little Pony, Strawberry Shortcake (my most favorite one), Rainbow Brite. And I would watch Thundercats and Transformers with my brother. And of course the Wuzzles, Gummi Bears, and Duck Tales!

Does anyone remember when the networks used to have that "preview" show of all the new cartoons every season? It was always during primetime. That was the BEST. I think they did it for the regular shows too. Now you have to watch something to tell if you are interested in it.

I liked Beverly Hills Teens (like, totally) and Pac-Man, Shirt Tales and He-Man. We used to play He-Man in the yard; I was always Evil-Lynn.

Does anyone remember "The Fluppy Dogs"? It was a Disney 1 hour special that was supposed to become a tv show.

Huge Thundercat fan here. I still have all my tapes of it although they don't play as well. When I went to comic-con this year I showed mom thyose tiny GI Joe action figures. It took me awhile to convince her that that was what they were. I even forgot how tiny those 80's joes were man.

Oh and i did like nninja turtles. My grandma wouldn't let me watch "boy" cartoons at her house what is the deal with that? So there were alot of shows that I missed. I did get to see she-ra but not he-man. strange

    anyone remember galaxy High?
