Eisner's last day with the Co.?

I mentioned 5 PM as an "appropriate" time, but maybe we can do a "series" of meets...

Start gathering around 4:30 PM at the Cove Bar....

At 5 PM exactly, have a "Toast" to the end of the reign of terror....

Sit around and make fun of Mikey until 6 PM or so...

Go to Tower of Terror and maybe a 6:30 ride (the wait shouldn't be that long), and see if we can get one empty seat (and maybe someone can make a "Mikey on a stick", aka a head shot of Mikey on Cardboard, and place a stick on it, so we can have him on the ride....

Then we can do something around 7:30 (allowing an hour for getting our act together, waiting in line and then the actual ride, and making fun of the on-ride photos...), nobody is blocked out (all four AP's are good), but we could leave DCA and meet elsewhere later...

Based on last years hours, I presume DCA would be open 10 AM to 9 PM, and Disneyland 9 AM to 11 PM on a off-season Friday.

This should be the day that Haunted Mansion Holiday opens, if this is the day, we would want to add that to the list (maybe around 8 PM to allow folks to get into DL and to NOS)...

These are just ideas, and not etched in stone... if you have some thoughts, please share them... there is no right or wrong answers at this point, well, unless you don't want us to make fun of Mikey... in that case, throw your own party

I just hope I would be able to get down there by the late afternoon. And if I have the day off .. then all the better.

Another thought, maybe someone could make "Mikey Masks", you know with the cut out eyes... and the elastic on the back, and we could all wear them on ToT....

We might need to ride ToT twice, so we can get one with OUR faces (and Mikey on a stick), and then the second time with the masks on........ I still think we could do that in a hour, the waits have been pretty short lately, even during summer peak......

Yet another bash-Eisner thread. Can't you people just leave him be (even Stan, Roy & Diane have made amends with him). He has done some amazing things for the company. Can't you just let him leave saying good things instead of a lets-meet-in-DCA-to-give-him-a-sarcastic-farewell? Obviously the company would have been a lot different without him, and I feel it would have been for the worst had he not have come in with Wells and Katzenberg. Mr. Eisner....good job and have a good retirement. Mr Iger....I already see that you will also do great things.

I think this one will make a good Black and White image, that can be easily cut into a mask...

This should easily blow up to 8 1/2 by 11...

My idea is to print it on decent card stock (aka white cardboard), and then attach a tongue deppressor to the bottom. I am thinking about printing, then cutting about 100 of these masks, to be used at the Cove Bar, and then on Tower of Terror.

Any Thoughts/Suggestions????

I really think Iger looks promising but I bet eventually he will turn out like Eisner in the end.

Disney should have the most extravegant parade and fireworks show in celebration of this momentus event! Perhaps at the sametime people could go dancing down main street while the "Celebration song" is playing?
