Hong Kong Disneyland Announces New Entertainment Offerings
December 21, 2007

Despite poor park attendance in its second year of operation, Hong Kong Disneyland announced Wednesday four new entertainment offerings along with the already announced "it's a small world" attraction.

The new offerings will be Muppet Mobile Lab, High School Musical Celebration, Nemo Submarine "Turtle Talk" and The Art of Animation, as announced by Bill Ernest, Hong Kong Disneyland's Executive Vice President and Managing Director.

"We are excited to add new attractions and entertainment offerings in 2008 that truly showcase the magic of Disney's cutting-edge technology," he said, adding that the theme park's continuing strategy was to enhance guest experience. "Hong Kong Disneyland will continue to find new, immersive ways to delight families from Hong Kong and all over Asia for many years to come," he said.

While none of these attractions are fully unique to Hong Kong, these cloned attractions versions will delight the guests just the same. The "it's a small world" will be unveiled this spring and will feature a very localized effort for this classic Disney attraction.
