first: newbee, what you suggest is not necessary. I agree she has done nothing wrong.

second, Miley, you have every right to sue the photograher. when you get the pictures back, make sure who ever (unless its you) goes to retrieve the pics, gets everything (memory cards, memory sticks, neg's, copies of the cards, sticks, neg's, copies of the pics, go over the studios with a fine tooth comb, and then again. make sure you get EVERYTHING. and then SUE THE HELL OUT OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER, AND BE SURE TO ADD A CONDITION OF THE LAWSUIT: THE PHOTOGRAPHER CAN NO LONGER TAKE DAMAGING PHOTOS OF CELEBS.

Its a good thing that I was never a famous teen celebrity because when I was that age, my girlfriends and I did some pretty outrageous silly stuff and took pictures of it too. The only reason this is "news" is because of who she is. Had it been just two random teenage girls no one knew it would of been a non issue.
