Re: 2008 Disney Annual Stockholder Meeting Comments

Will the WDC expand its Broadcasting by buying more cable or TV network for addiditional distribution?

Bob Iger responds, we don't think we need more company owned distribution networks, but we will focus on making more programming, which we can sell to other broadcasters.

Re: 2008 Disney Annual Stockholder Meeting Comments

Another question about Bob Iger's $27 million compensation. Is there a way to reduce the senior compensation amount, at least a little bit?

John Pepper responded that we hear you, but we have to be competitive with other company.

Next commnet, a person hates the current Disneyland 2fer ad campaign.

    Board response, "Duly Noted"

Competitive my ***. Why in the world do people who go to few meetings and seem to do very little deserve that much in compesation?

Question to Bob Iger about his interview on CNBC. Confusing question.

Bob Iger responses with talking about talking about Technology in general.

He does say that an animated Rapunzel movie is in the pipeline.

Re: 2008 Disney Annual Stockholder Meeting Comments

Why was Hign School Musical being filmed in Utah, instead of New Mexico, especially since the state offers tax credits?

Bob Iger, a Touchstone film called Swing Vote was filmed in New Mexico recently.

Will there be a Ratitoutee 2 movie?

Bob Iger, we have not yet made a decision. Pixar is currently working on Wall-E and Toy Story 3.

A comment on Extreme Makeover"Home edition and all the good it does.

    End of the Q&A session.

John Pepper says we take all your comments and questions seriously, and we also understand that the Senior Executive Compensation issue was not personally directed at Bob Iger and/or Disney, but the way companies pay in general.

Isn't moving the Meeting around to places like Albuquerque wonderful! The board thinks so. Seems like they get a lot more soft-ball questions on the "road" then when they are in Anaheim or Orlando, where a great amount of Disney employees are located.

As far as I could tell, no, as John Lasseter was not announced.

And no big announcements that I heard.
