Okay so the court decision has been made and they got off clear, but this quotation by the judge is priceless =D

However, [Delaware Chancery Court Judge]Chandler was sharply critical of the board and Disney chief Michael D. Eisner, who invited Ovitz to join the company.

Eisner, Chandler continued, had "enthroned himself as the omnipotent and infallible monarch of his personal magic kingdom."
