    True-Life Adventures

I just got finished watching one of these (#4 in the series, I think), and it was just spectacular. Not only in terms of story, but the imagery and cinematography are simply spectacular. For example, they managed to get shots of triggerfish shooting right into the camera, and a bee hive in a tree while the tree was on fire, and the honey comb was melting.

If you see them, or have an urge or interest in these kinds of products, they're well worth snapping up.

They also so clearly demonstrate how Disney set out to both entertain and educate at the same time; it seems these days that we've dropped a lot of intent and look at the latter function these days.

It makes me wonder why Disney doesn't explore these type of educational movies again. I guess right now the big thing that is out on DVD is Planet Earth.
