    Extinct Attractions DVDs

I recently received the first couple of DVDs I ordered from the Extinct Attractions club.

I thought they were very well done and enjoyable. Well put together, best quality video in some cases, other cases less so. That said, you have to give them credit for digging up all the old stuff they do. I was pleasantly surprised, in particular to see on the ATIS DVD the old Flying Saucers attraction as well.

The packaging was good and I felt the time from shipping to receipt was also not a terribly long wait.

It certainly satisfied the nostalgic craving for seeing parts of the Disneyland of my childhood that are now only memories. All in good fun!

You can see a preview of the DVD on this page. Believe me, I am not affiliated with them in any way, except I've bought 3 DVDs. I'm very happy with my purchases. So in that respect, I'll shamelessly plug them as I buy them.

    Snowflake, Thanks for the link.

However the video preview for the DVd was not able to work so I wanted to know if you can either post or send me a private message of some images from the DVD? Or maybe if you can send me some images from the DVD's that you have? I just want to know if the DVD's are computer animated or the real deal. Thanks

I've bought a few from them, too (ATIS, PeopleMover, Knott's Berry Tales). I've been very happy with all of them. Intially, the second disk of the PeopleMover set didn't play correctly. I emailed them about the problem, and quickly got an entire new 2-disk set that worked just fine! So the customer service seemed to be good, too. I plan on getting more of them.
Does anyone even bother with signatures anymore?

They had a booth at the last NFFC sale, and the DVD's were selling pretty fast, at one point they had sold out of several titles and had to call someone to bring more. It's pretty amazing the roster of imagineers they've been able to have sit-down interviews with. Hopefully I'll be ordering a couple DVD's myself in the near future.
