"Wannabe Wicked" Wednesdays at Universal CityWalk

Looks like a variation of last summer's popular Wicked Wednesdays is coming back this year.

Universal CityWalk and WICKED are hosting "Wannabe Wicked," a competitive performance series that will award an aspiring performer with a walk-on appearance. The winner for the six-week Wednesday night series (July 2 through August 20 from 7 to 9 pm) will win a walk-on appearance in WICKED at the Pantages Theatre. If you think you are the most splendiforous singer - just click on the link below -- and you'll be connected to a site where you can upload and submit an online video performance entry. And then you might find yourself on the stage at Universal CityWalk at a "Wannabe Wicked" Wednesday night performance! The "Wannabe Wicked" performance competition is open to the public and there is a $10 processing fee to submit the online audition. Deadline for submission is 5pm Pacific Time on June 5, 2008.
