I liked New Moon more the second time I read it; I think it is because I knew that the great ending was coming. Can't wait to see the Volturi in the movie!! Wonder who they will get for Jane -- has to be someone little but totally scary!

I had read something about how they would have to go on location for New Moon; that is part of why they needed Twilight to be a success.

LOS ANGELES - With “Twilight” rising at the box office this weekend, Summit Entertainment has officially announced its first sequel, “New Moon,” Variety reported on Saturday. “Twilight,” the teen vampire romance that’s generated an obsessive following among young audiences, earned $35.7 million on Friday, including a whopping $7 million from Thursday midnight screenings.
Fang fans won’t have to wait long for more — the studio is already moving forward with the follow-up. Screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg has signed on to pen “New Moon” and possible third installment “Eclipse,” and star Robert Pattinson said the “New Moon” script is ready to go.

“The script is already done for the second one,” he told the Seattle Times earlier this week, noting he’s signed on himself for two more movies. The “Twilight” films stem from the popular four-part series of novels by Stephenie Meyer, which includes “Twilight,” “New Moon,” “Eclipse” and “Breaking Dawn.”

I didn't hear any of the conversations about who people wanted for original casting. I'm not a fan of Kristen Stewart. Bleh choice in my opinion. But yeah, Emily for Jane would work. Or even Oleysa Rulin.

Oh I liked Kristen as Bella. Did you see pictures of her at the premiere? She looked gorgeous!

Not a fan of Kristen Stewart, normally, but she was okay. I like the idea of Emily as Bella. For some reason in the 4th book I pictured Demi Lovato as Bella which weirded me out (I think because once something happened I realized "Hey Stephenie is Mary Sue-ing herself into these!" and Demi seems like a younger cuter version of Stephenie.). How old was Jane again? I should really re-read the 2nd and 3rd book.

I didn't like her dress choice though.. but I see how it's the colours associated with Twilight

I know! I was shocked as well! But then again, it's sort of a given, considering the movie was in the contract along with Twilight and Eclipse. So Eclipse is probably almost done as well.
I don't think so, I checked Summit's site but I haven't found anything.
