Re: Pixar's Up - MiceChat Reviews!

Saw it in 3D today and we all loved it. Very emotional but very sweet and funny too. Not a dog owner, but loved Dug. My favorite line was when he said to Carl, "I hid on your porch because I love you." Awww.

Now I want to see it in 2D. Even though the experience and extra cash was worth it, the 3D glasses did give us all a bit of a headache. I don't wear glasses so they hurt my ears. I would be happy with 2D, but the 3D was like icing on the cake.

Re: Pixar's Up - MiceChat Reviews!

My hubby, daughter, and I just saw it on 3D. I laughed and cried. This is such a good movie that touched me emotionally. Such a great storyline and characters. My hubby and I hugged each other so tight after the film that I didn't want to let him go.

Can't wait until it comes out on Blue Ray. 5 stars for me.

Re: Pixar's Up - MiceChat Reviews!

I saw Up in 3D in Downtown Disney this week.

I liked it, but not nearly as much as most on this board. I also thought Wall-E was easily the worst of all Pixar movies, so that also seems to be a different opinion than most.

I do agree that the first five minutes were outstanding.

Wall-E was worse than Cars in your opinion? How very curious...

Yes, way worse and I was not the only one in my family to share that opinion. After the first 10 minutes of Wall-E, my son asked me when we could leave.

See, I LOVE Wall-E. Loved it from the first time I saw it. And now, each time I watch it, I love it a little bit more.

Are you saying Wall-E is worst than A Bug's Life. I thought Wall-E was good, but not excellent. It may have some dull moments, but the overal message of the movie is powerful.

Re: Pixar's Up - MiceChat Reviews!

I saw it with a neighbor friend of mine and we both thought it was very cute.

I liked the first 5 - 10 minutes of it, thought it was very "aww" sweet. Made me appreciate my wife, and my life with her a lot more.

And the rest of the movie was very funny. Liked the ending. And Ed Asner was a good choice for the lead voice role.

Yes, I am saying that I liked A Bug's Life more than Wall-E. I would watch A Bug's Life two or three times in a row over one viewing of Wall-E.

Screw you all. I loved Wall-E from the very first viewing and I loved it more each other time.

It is a long one and some will THINK it's dull, but it's mostly because of the lack of dialogue. Just gotta train your brains to be more tolerant.

I love WALL-E too. To me, it's my favourite Pixar movie, however, I admit, I still haven't seen Up! But I will tomorrow, er I guess that's today since it's 1:00 AM now.
