Disney DVDs for 2010? What's the slate?

Hey, anyone know what is slated for home video release in 2010? I know that Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 is penciled in for March and Beauty and the Beast for October.... anything else?

kiki's delivery service? wasnt that a attempt by disney for anime? i remeber not liking it when i was a kid...

Not really. Disney was the distributor for it in the United States.

Kiki's Delivery Service is only distributed by Buena Vista. It's a great Miyazaki film from Studio Ghibli as Melonballer has said. It's actually a great piece of work. I think you'd appreciate it better now if you gave it another go.

I think Dumbo is slated for a spring release and the Black Cauldron is coming out in July or August (I think it was July). And I guess Toy Story 3 will probably hit DVD and Blu in November.

No word yet if there will be a Wave 10 of the Walt Disney Treasures DVDs. I hope there is. We (UD members) want a Ludwig Von Drake set! Oh, and Song of the South!

Keep in mind that's what's been announced or strongly expected* so far and that additions can and will come later. Just today there was news on 2 Disney Channel show compilation discs and like Barbossa said Wave 10 of the WDT has not been announced (if coming). A new DVD for Hocus Pocus too is coming next year (FINALLY!).

*meaning reliable sources believe them to be so and in all likelihood will.

Hocus Pocus is getting a new release? Rats! I just bought it yesterday for $7.99 at Future Shop. Oh well, it was double points day on DMR so...

IIRC, Fantasia is supposed to be released on blu-ray in 2010.

I'm wondering why they are re-releasing The Great Mouse Detective when it has a decent DVD already. Is it celebrating an anniversary? I'd rather see some of the movies that are still stuck in the Gold Collection get re-releases like:
Make Mine Music
Fun and Fancy Free
Melody Time
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
The Rescuers Down Under
Hercules
At least The Black Cauldron is finally leaving the Gold Collection.
