i am so dying to see this movie, and i really need to go and read the books too. i was a huge fan of the book Blood and Chocolate which was a teenage love story with werewolves, and i waited for so many yrs for the movie version, and boy was i dissapointed, but oh well. hopefully Twilight lives up to the book for all its fans and by the time this movie comes out i plan to have read all 4 books.

I only have one question...

Are the vampires gonna SPARKLEOMG in this movie?

Don't kill me, I haven't read the books and I've received, er, less-than-positive word of mouth about them...

The books are awesome. You definitely have to read them before seeing the movie. That's all I'm gonna say.

It's categorized under Teen Series. They're easy reads and drag you in from the first chapter. The characters are so easy to relate to.

They do in the book, but i'm not sure about the movie. Nobody would know until they've seen it.

You shouldn't listen to anyone else's opinion until you've read the book yourself. Just take the recommendations

Just don't see the movie until you've read the book, please.!

I dont really like who they casted as bella and edward or carlisle or like half the cast.

This is for the geeks like me who get a kick out of hearing people talk smack about actors:

Kevin Smith directed the pilot of "Reaper" (such a good show!). Nikki Reed was originally Andy. But then last minute they re-shot the pilot with Missy (can't remember her last name). When asked at Comic-Con why they did that Kevin Smith said gut reaction "Because Nikki sucks and can't act..." and then had to rephrase his thoughts to say "she wasn't right for the part."

Nikki plays Rosalie. Thought that was funny.

Have you seen any of the video interviews or on set photos and videos? They were all cast beautifully. Perfect for their parts. Especially Kristen and Robert (Bella and Edward) If you've seen their on screen chemistry you'll realize that Catherine Hardwicke struck gold.

Me too! I think I know what scene it is, because it's one involving all three of them. It's a bit obvious if you think of what scene would be completely done in the editing room.

Well I'm thinking there's two possibilities.
In the baseball field and ballet studio.
but in both situations, in the book, there's more than just those three in those scenes.
But we can't really base 100% of the book.. cause ya know..

After being intrigued by <3WillTurner and PrncssZ's sig lines, I picked up Twilight. I have not been so addicted to a book since Harry Potter. I finished it today, and went on to Amazon.com to buy the next two. They better get here by Friday so I can read them over the weekend!
