Which band would you like to see reunited?

I was thinking about this earlier today. There are sure alot of my favorite bands that are broken up and as much as I'd love for them ALL to get back together somebody, there are more that I'd love to see than others.

So which ones of the above poll would you like to see reunited most???

Of those presented, I would pck Genesis with Peter Gabriel, followed by Pink Floyd.

If we could venture into "Rock N Roll Heaven", of course I'd pick a Beatles reunion, plus I would dearly love to see the original Beach Boys together again, with Brian Wilson joined by brothers Dennis on drums and Carl on lead guitar.

Sorry, Mr. Clinks, if I took this to a place where you didn't mean to go.

PS...I also loved the Jacksons back in the day. Quick story...at the oldies station in Ventura where I've worked, a few years back one of the jocks introduced "I Want You Back" by saying it was really the rest of the Jacksons telling Michael "we want you black"...

That's okay Barry. I was trying not to go into a "Rock N' Roll" heaven scenario, but just those that could actually happen in this life. But it's cool.

Maybe that should be a different thread.

Which artists do you want to see in "Rock N' Roll Heaven". I'd agree with you on The Beatles and Beach Boys, I'd also throw in Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Buddy Rich and quite a few others in that scenario.

Well, only one member of Zeppelin is dead, so they could still "Technically" reunite (as they did last year for one show).

Same with Floyd, Richard Wrights passing, while sad, wouldn't proclude the rest of the band from reuniting.

From that list I'd have to pick Genesis w/Gabriel and Oingo. If Rick Wright was still alive I'd have said Floyd. But, to me, his organ playing was to integral a part of their sound to have them back together without him.

Not on the list, I think all but the original drummer from the Jefferson Airplane are alive.

I would pay SERIOUS money to see The Smiths reunited. Sadly, it will never, ever happen. Moz & Johnny hate each others guts too much.

Then again, I thought I'd never see a Police reunion and, well.... but those guys were finally able to get over their egos and renew their friendship after 23 years.

Oingo Boingo would be a fun one to see reunited too. And count me in on a Wham! reunion. I swear I'm a gay man trapped in a woman's body sometimes.
