'Hannah' scores again for Disney

Channel's '3D' concert tops Saturday ratings

Disney Channel's premiere of "Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert in 3D" was the most-watched program on television Saturday night, averaging 5.9 million viewers.

The most popular concert to date on the cabler, it also attracted a big 2.2 million kids 6-11 and 1.8 million tweens 9-14, according to estimates by Nielsen. The concert pic had grossed more than $31 million over one weekend when it played in theaters last February.

Just an observation:

the version shown on the Disney Channel 8PM premiere had the riding-in-the-car-without-a-seatbelt-scene cut out

the version shown on the STARZ channel 9PM premiere had the scene intact (all 4 or 5 seconds of it)

I had a feeling Disney would do that.
