Knott's Scary Farm/Halloween Haunt Discount Information

The Southern California Burger King's now have the Haunt discount tickets available.

Here are the dates of Haunt, along with the discounted price you will get if you bring a Burger King Coupon to the Ticket Booths. FYI, full price is $54.99, if you don't have a coupon and buy on the day of the event.

(Knott's Annual Passholders should get a set of coupons in the mail soon, that will offer a slightly better discount than from Burger King.)

You can buy these tickets at Ticketmaster - Promotions and type in "BKING" in the promo code box, but by the time you pay the Ticketmaster fees, you are not saving much. If you have a Burger King coupon, you get the lower price, even on the day of the event, with the exception of October 18th and 25th, so for most folks, no need to use Ticketmaster.

There are also Hotel Packages available.

The Haunted Dreams Packages are designed for two guests, and all rooms will be at the Knott's Berry Farm Resort Hotel, located next door to the park.

Packages start at $209 ($219 for Friday and Saturday night stays), hotel tax is included in the package price.

The package includes

A Hotel Room for 2 guests
2 tickets into Haunt for that night
2 Pre-Scare Dinners at the Hotel Restaurant
2 Haunt T-Shirts
2 Breakfast Buffets for the next morning
Free parking at the hotel.

Yes, all Knott's Ticket Booths sell Haunt tickets during normal park hours, which means they open at 9:30 AM and close around 5 PM on NON-Haunt days in September. (Extended hours on Saturday).

Make sure and stop at a Burger King to grab a coupon prior to stopping at the park.

I went to burger king on civic center and main street and they didn't have any coupons yet. hopefully tomorrow though.

Awesome! Thanks again for the info! This year I will head down early and buy them and save some $$. I bought tickets at the door one year and it was horrible! The lines were huge and moved very slowly. We stood in line for almost 45 min!!!

Thanks for this bit of info! I won't be able to leave for the Micechat event until 7 so I'll get my ticket ahead of time in order to avoid having to wait in line for an hour once I get there.

I am going to the Haunt, it looks very scary, is it even possible to take video of the event? Does anyone have any tips? We would like to capture some of the night on DVD........

taking video in the Scare Zones is pretty common, just mind your usage of lighting as the monsters typically wear special contacts and bright lights really hurt their eyes. i have video taped through mazes as well using my night shot function, once again...flashes or lights are not appropriate there without asking the monster first.

You can take $1 more off of most of DB's Burger King prices if you have a coupon from Joe Cool Club (most employers in SoCal should participate)

Elly is absolutely right. Use the "night vision" setting if possible so it won't take away from the effects and ambiance in the mazes. Truthfully, I enjoy turning the camera around and taping my friends' reactions and with night vision on, they often can't see that they're being taped and it's great to show them later on.
