I loved, loved, LOVED the original... but a remake? Eh... most of the time remakes just don't have the same camp appeal or soul of the original. But like with the remake of Never Ending Story, I'll reserve total judgement until I see the finished product.

I wonder if Joey Cramer will get a cameo. He could use better work. He's stuck working in a Source for Sports store here in BC, out on the coast in Sechelt.

If I ever make it to Gibsons or the Sunshine Coast in the near future, I should stop by there with a copy of Navigator and get him to sign it for me.

NOOOOOO!!!! Why God?! WHY!! Is there no one left in Disney with an iota of imagination that they have to rob the 80's of their cult films?? I didn't even know they were remaking the Neverending Story. Now I have to be mad at them for that too.

Seriously. Desecrating Hayley Mills movies with that nut job Lindsey Lohan was bad enough then they descended into madness by putting the Rock into Escape to Witch Mountain, now this!! What's next, Britney Spears in Pollyanna? Miley Cyrus in Summer Magic? The Olson twins in Darby O'Gill and the Little people and The Three Lives of Thomasina.... GArrragh!
