Woman sexually assaulted at Typhoon Lagoon

On Sunday, October 25th at approximately 3:30pm, a woman was sexually assaulted in the wave pool at WDW’s Typhoon Lagoon.

The victim (a 30 year old woman who doesn’t wish to be identified) was in Typhoon Lagoon’s wave pool when she felt someone grab her bikini and fondle her. Her first thought was that it was an accident, but when another one of Typhoon Lagoon’s 6 foot waves was released, she saw her attacker coming back at her again. Before he could reach her, the victim kicked her attacker and started yelling.

Disney security officers were alerted and followed the attacker out of the park where sheriff deputies arrested him for sexual battery.

The attacker has been identified as 19 year old Caesar Pinto of Fort Lauderdale. He was later released into the custody of his mother who was with him at the water park.

This is the second sexual assault at Typhoon Lagoon in the past few months.

Apparently nobody informed Mr. Pinto of Fort Lauderdale that Florida has a large number of strip joints where completely unclothed female breasteses can be fondled for a fee.
