 | Starz sues Disney over video downloads Starz sues Disney over video downloads March 22, 2007 - Los Angeles Liberal Media Holding Corp's Starz Network filed a Lawsuit against the Walt Disney Company at a US District Court in Los Angeles today. The complaint aledges that Disney is in violation of their 2005 contract due to allowing content to be downloaded before and durring a period of exclusivity agreed upon by Starz. Part of the contract stipulates that Starz has exclusive rights durring this time to distribute content through their online service, Vongo. For more information visit CNNMoney.com
