Disneyland: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Disneyland: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

By C. W. Oberleitner

April 29, 2009

Off of his deathbed—or, rather, out of his death-chair—our guy in the wilds of Southern California is back from a day at the happiest press junket on earth to tell us what’s doing and what’s coming up at the Disneyland Resort.

great article. you are spot on about the celebrate promotion and the menu prices! i haven't eaten sit down at the DLR in a long time because I really can't afford it, but I know next time I do it will be in Cafe Orleans, and not the Celebration Roundup (which I had been excited to try when I heard it was reopening). Even Blue Bayou is cheaper than the Roundup in many ways!

I am also very tired of the Celebrate theme - I said on my site that Disney has forever ruined the question "What are you Celebrating?" for me.

I'm glad to know ahead that I would hate the Roundup meal! I miss Big Thunder Ranch.
