Re: Pirate Rooms at the CBR

I think Pirate franchising in the parks is now complete overkill. Though I would rather have the pirate rooms in CBR than the geographically incorrect Finding Nemo rooms theyre planning for this resort as well.

Yeah, the rooms look nice and all, but now the pirates are overdoing it. I have yet to see the FN rooms so I don't know which is better.

These pics are taken from the

I like the curtains but something about this room seems more All-Star Movies than CBR.

Re: Pirate Rooms at the CBR

The new rooms for Nemo are apparently finished in the Martinique building.

http://allears.net/acc/g_cbr.htm

I think they are well done, and not overly Nemo. Tasteful, which is nice. The Pirates rooms, however...

Not that big of a change on the Nemo room...really just the bedspread, wallpaper border and curtains that are supposed to look like water.

Eh...the Caribean is in the water and fish are in the water and Nemo is a fish....yea...that's the Disney logic for ya. Regardless of the fact that the Great Barrier Reef is no where near the Caribbean but Disney has a differnet world map than the rest of us.

It seems like the Pirates thing has not held up nearly like the princesses franchise. I wonder if anyone is even going to want to stay in those rooms?
