That depends on when you are going. Disney is running a special now for free QS dining with the Values.

It is my understanding that QS is $32/adult per night of stay, $10/kids.

Kids (3-9) $11.99 Per Night
2011 Disney Dining Plan (1 Table Service, 1 Quick Service, 1 Snack) Per night of stay:
Adults (10+) $45.99 Regular / 47.99 Peak Season
Kids (3-9) $11.99 Regular / 12.99 Peak Season
Disney raises the rates of food during the peak holiday season and they have started to raise the DDP prices to match.
