Question Places to eat late at night

So my family and I are taking our now annual trip to WDW in December. Our flight arriving in Orlando doesn't land until 10 pm so we probably won't get to our hotel (on property) until after 11. Does anyone know where we can get food at that hour without a car? Will the food court still be open?
I actually heard this said by a CM over the loud speakers at Big Thunder in 1995, "Please do not sit on the rocks. You will fall...and you will die."

    Where are you staying?

Some Quick Service are open 24 hours. However, many of the others are open until midnight.

I beleive the hot food is served til midnight. after that you can purchase cold meals (prepared salads and sandwiches) until 2 am i beleive (i remember getting back to the hotel around 1:30a and still being able to refill my drink, and there was a cashier). and then they reopen for breakfast at 6am!
