Hello there Micechatters ....
Perhaps someone can help me out here.
There is a lighting technique used to illuminate ceilings, by creating an inverted double layering. Where lights hidden can light up the section across.
So ... if you take a look at the LAX Encounter restaurant ..
you'll see what WDI and Eddie Sotto, who were commissioned to refurbish this 1961 LA Landmark, and created a lighting technique .. which is fairly common in many building applications.
I just can't figure out what the lighting technique is called.
The blog describes it as - "The amoeba-shaped lighting structures embedded in the ceilings" - But that's not the clear, technical, term.
Thanks for your help
