    Survey on Customer Retention in Amusement Parks

    My name is Abigail Tan and I am an Honours student studying Business and Management at the University of Bradford, United Kingdom. I am currently writing my thesis on how customer retention in the amusement park industry can be influenced by various factors.

    You are asking about the "amusement park industry" but so many of your questions are asked as "this park". What park? Any park? Because if my answer for each one was based on a different park you'd not get a correct sampling. My response changes based on what park I refer to.

    Questions like:
    9. I feel a sense of loyalty towards this amusement park *
    10. I was satisfied with the admission price paid *
    have wording which changes the intent of the question from your posted intent of the survey as a whole. This is what I felt reading through it.
