Are there "spoiler alerts" around WWoHP? Would it be a bad idea to take a child before they read the books/see the movies?

I would say no. They do a good job of referencing a lot of things without giving away the story. Such as (spoilers) Sirius Black's wanted poster still being seen even though it's found he did not commit any crime. Or even certain characters who die are still seeing in the queues and rides.
