Interesting article, but what caught my eye was the part about the 5 ambassadors in each park. So are they taking the idea of the Disneyland info boards to the next level? 5 people to answer questions. Sound like it could be just what the park needs if they are trying to bring families back into the park. Families where the parents may have not been there since the spilikin corners era, and have no clue where everthing is. It has the potential of being a great service.
