No other park outside Disney (that I've seen) does that, and to do add that last bit of feeling to the park...it really helps drive home the theme.
I just got back from Islands of Adventure and I didn't pay attention to it except at first but I do know that port of entry, Lost Continent, and Jurassic Park all have themed music. I honestly can't remember what the music was in Seuss Landing, Toon Lagoon, and Marvel SuperHero Island, as I wasn't paying attention because it was too hot. I'm sure it was as well. The music worked really well with the three I mentioned though.
As to theming I'm really wanting to visit Busch Gardens Europe because I've heard so many good things about it, but I'm waiting for it to become a little more non coaster based. The Mummy at Universal is about as strong of a coaster as I can handle so I'm not sure how much fun I'd have in a coaster park.
