Be sure to get to the window about 15 minutes before your tour departure time - the window you'll go to is the VIP Experience window, to the right of the park entrance.
It has it's own seperate cue, so don't get in the line for Will Call (which is the three windows NEXT to the VIP Experience window).

Make sure you bring a camera, and be ready to walk...

Triple-A Double Plus Good! Best theme park tour on the planet. You will have a great time.

Don't worry about a thing. They get you to the shows, they get you on the rides, they get you into all the cool places backstage... It rocks.

The only comment/complaint I had was with the dedicated window CoasterMatt mentioned. The VIP pass comes with a front-of-line pass good for the entire day. So we showed up bright and early about 1/2 hour before the gates opened. Turns out the VIP window does not open (at least the day we were there) until almost an HOUR after the park does. So we had to sit there and cool our heels waiting for the blasted VIP window to open while watching everyone else waltz into the park. Very frustrating.

Ahh, even more good news. I have confirmed, with a high level source, that my experience with the VIP window was an anomaly and not the norm. That's good to hear.

As for photos/Videos. As I recall you were welcome to take photos just about everywhere except the sound mixing room. I think they might have also discouraged us from taking photos in the prop department.

Let me know if you would like copies of my photos from these areas

Here is a photo of our VIP guide, I think his name is Buck. Ask for him by name if he's still around.
