Now that I'm an adult I really don't want to get wet on rides anymore and walk around all day soaking. It's a shame because Jurassic Park is a really well made attraction. Guess I'll wait until winter.
I am going to make an assumption , since I don't know if universal studios took the time to do experiments on the ride but I will assume that they purposely have the cannons go off before you come down so you could actually get more wet since you'd just pass by them if they're set off exactly as you pass.
Now, I'll turn that little mouse's dream into a nightmare Fantasmic!
I beg too differ. They have it timed perfectly, so the water the jets put UP into the air, all rains down on you.
When the boat comes down, it pushes the water to the side and forward. The only water you get on you is backsplash, or you entering the torward splash as it comes down. Leaving you rather dry! If you look at the video, above the boat is a LOT of water that would not be there without the cannon's! Your going to get VERY wet! Remember people, gravity... What goes up, must come DOWN.
DId they fix all the animatronics? I know for a while people were complaining about some of the skin missing and other sad conditions
I rode it about a week ago and I noticed all the animatronics were indeed working just fine.
But I did get soaked people, the water cannons spray before you get there so you go under the wall of water then it comes splashing down on top of you, and also like Filmfreak said ,the video didn't show everything.
