It's only $15 through my college, I'm sure that includes transportation. Never been here. If you went, what do you think?

If you've gone several years ago, it was awesome. But every year it seems like a watered down version of a spook house. I liked it best when they had two mazes, now they have so many I lost count..
Ive gone a couple times and every time Ive gone, Ive had a blast. The first time I went they only had 4 or 5 mazes, now I know they have quite a few more. But really, go. If you hate it then dont go again. I think its worth going at least once.
You cant beat 15$ vs Knotts or USH 50$+! Im thinking about adding that too my planner, along with Knotts, USH, and 6 Flags.
I honestly didn't like Shipwreck. It was just boring.
The Queen Mary used to be a great passenger steamship. Sigh.
Shipwreck used to be pretty good, but now it's been watered down a whole lot with mazes that pretty much have the same theme and *Cough*Wannabe Sliders*Cough*.
Personally, I'd splurge the extra money to see events like Haunt, HHN, Fright Fest and Pirates of Emerson.
I'm most likely going to HHN as well as Shipwreck. Reduced priced HHN tickets are also here on campus. I'm probably not going to KHH this year. Maybe try Fright Fest next year, never been to this one. What's Pirates of Emerson? There's 1 or 2 mazes set up in the mall parking lot near campus, but looks pretty iffy.
I have never been to the official shipwreck event, but while exploring the ship with just my daughter we did find a few of the mazes. they are kept up year round. I didn't really like going through the pitch black mazes alone after midnight.
I heard the event is good, but the ship recently got new operators so I don't know how they will do the event.

P.O.E is plain and simply one of the best Haunts themed to Pirates period, the set designs are extremly well done especially since they have put in a large Ship an even a little lake at the main maze.
That and the 3D maze has a extremly disorienting spinning tunnel, for this year they are opening up a second location over in Santa Cruz. (The original event will still be open in Fremont.)
