There is usually ERT in the morning (beginning at 7am) and in the evening (for 2+ hours after the park closes). No schedule for which coasters will be available during each session are available that I have seen.

No, but there are additional deals that only ACE members will get in park.

I want to go but its so soon after my birthday trip. Sometimes I wish I lived in CA.

Just to echo what Pratt said:

ERT = Exclusive Ride Time. Although, I will say that the last solace I went to was so crowded, it really wasn't worth it. I remember around Solace 4 (I think) we rode Xcelerator 28 times in one day, most of the time not getting off the coaster. I don't think you'd see anything like that anymore.

This is also NOT an ACE exclusive event, but you do need to show some "affiliation" with a coaster club. Screamscape.com generally has something you can print out to show as your affiliation.
