Gr8 TR WW!
I'm one step ahead of you. Already have a call into my insurance guy to see what kind of coverage I'll need to drive around in one of those things!

Great TR WW

Casa de Fruta is a long-time fave of mine. Right-on for checking it out!

And yes, this is compulsory for anyone on 152 between Gilroy and the Central Valley who has even a little extra time: one of the best places for taking a break from the road. And you can also get a quick lunch for the road at the wonderfully quaint Casa de Deli. Don't miss.

Re: Wanda Woman Gets Geeky at Maker Faire

Best Trip report EVER!!! The Maker's Fair looks so fun, I absolutely want to go to that next year. And all the times I've driven right by Casa De Fruita, I had no idea... the train reminded me a little of the train that used to surround Santa Clause Lane down in Carpenteria. Really fun stuff Wanda...thanks so much for sharing.

Re: Wanda Woman Gets Geeky at Maker Faire

What great pics of a great event. I've never heard of it before but there are a lot of things there that are at the Burningman festival in Nevada. That is where I first saw Neverwas Haul and the fabulous cupcakes. You only have pics of two cupcakes but were there more? My fav cupcake at Burningman had Prozac sprinkles, ha ha.

Loved your trip report, thank you!

I always took things apart... even now I take things apart (part of the job description)... but I was never good at making something per say! Looks like a lot of fun.
