Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2009

I voted Uncle BoBo's because I love clowns and seriously a circus theme for clowns is kinda awesome!

Still, after hearing all the news about the street monsters going back to mazes and other stuff because of the auditions, maybe they will get some good people to do Quarantine because I loved that maze! Cornstalkers was good last year and so was Labirynth so I am excited about those 3 from the returning ones... then Terror of London sounds pretty cool, but Lockdown:the asylum sounds very intense and like something that I am going to be recovering from a heart attack after but it would all be in good fun so out of those 2 I would say Lockdown and Terror of London are interesting concepts and ones I am excited about... Dia de Los Muertos also sounds kinda intriguing!

Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2009

i voted for "terror of london," it seems interesting with the whole "jack the ripper" storyline, + a lot of them seem just as fun. but i doubt that i could handle most of them.

last time i went with my friends, i locked arms with two of them one on each side because i was scared, hahaha. i forgot which maze we were in (it was a "high school" themed one). when a monster came from my left i threw my friend on my left-side to the monster + dashed with my other friend. + then seconds later i sacrificed my other friend to another monster when it attacked us from the right. in the meanwhile i then made my pathetic escape.

hahaha, this yeah, i must try to not be such a little girl.

I love love love the Doll Factory. Truly great design and twisted concept, top-notch talent. That being said, I am very curious and hopeful for the Los Muertos maze, and hope it isn't over the top neon 3D, as I love the theme idea. London maze sounds like it has real possibility as well.

Well whatever maze you wind up going in, you will probably give me a heart attack and then my friends will be discussing how I was so freaked all night Actually, I didnt get many of those "OMG! Im going to die" moments last year except for the log ride... Oh and the few scenes in The Asylum... Oh and walking through Ghost Town and nearly encountering a chainsaw... and maybe that monster that terrorized me through all of Lost Vegas [totally was a discussion topic amongst friends for the rest of my night]... LOL!

Thank god we are doing 2 nights of Haunt this year and bringing some virgins out for their first Haunt... seriously last year was my virgin year to visit and I now know why everyone gets so giddy and excited for Knotts every year! Seriously I would not be saving up for the trek out to Cali for this if I didnt have such a blast and a few near heart attacks last year!

After your scares in Quarantine last year, you could probably do well with Lockdown as an inmate, cop, or something in that maze or I could see you in some maze like Cornstalkers or maybe Terror of London or maybe The Slaughterhouse but I dont think I could picture you in any of the more lighter mazes like Club Blood, Labirynth, etc... you seem like more of a serious in your face maze type!

Still I keep hearing Quarantine will suck this year, last year was so amazing but I am going to keep an open mind but I should probably expect to be disappointed and then if it falls flat it wont ruin my expectations. My sister even realizes how much its going to suck but I guess I should just realize that it will suck and move on and just let last years awesome maze have its glory and eventually they will phase it out and bring something new in... I am pretty sure its just there this year for filler anyways... I mean... we are in a recession!

I actually will be shooting for Lockdown: The Asylum. I was gonna try for Terror of London, but almost everyone is going to be shooting for it. Lockdown: The Asylum I feel like I can develop my own character and not have to act as someone else once again.

Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2009

I've never been to the Halloween thing. Is it scary? I don't even like horror movies and have a crazy phobia of things popping out at me. Would I have to have my friends carry me out while I'm screaming and crying like a baby? Or would I end up hurting one of the actors there because they popped out and me and I threw a punch or kick to protect myself? Or would I have a heart attack? Yikes!

Re: Knott's Scary Farm 2009

well..coming from a monster.. no its not scary. But to someone who is easily scared.. then yes it is. Now depending on which monster you hit, you wont hurt them but you will most likely be escorted out of the park.
