The hanging at Knott's Scary Farm

Hey guys, I just went to the opening night of Knott's Scary Farm. Every time, I would go there I would always watch one of my favorite show "the Hanging" in which they make fun of Pop Culture. Here is the video that I recorded in HD:

You can't really can't see the blood bag if you are standing far away. the reason you can see the bag is because I am zooming in to the cast members.

Wow... I know I am so not going until tomorrow but had to watch the video and I so knew it would be who it was... it was a no brainer they would hang who they hung this year... the whole fad of it and then the whole fact that certain themed mazes at haunt will have a weaker reputation because of it! Yeah I so could have put money on it and probably won! Darn.. it really should teach me that when I have a feeling and a hunch to actually bet some money on it! I am now kicking myself in the balls for not putting money on it!

Yes it was... I didnt want to spoil it but I didnt know how to to put a spoiler tag in... Its was kind of a no brainer... especially as much as another forum I am on talked about how him and certain shows on a premium channel ruined the reputation of ________.

I cant wait to see the look on my sisters face when the end of the hanging happens and she finds out who it is... especially as she will probably be wearing her certain shirt dedicated to it!

Cast Member isn't a term exclusively used by Disney lol. Because it's a show, it has a cast. So they are Cast Members

Well I dunno if anyone wants to know but here's the 'Murphy' part of the Hanging this year.

Sorcerer Mickey comes out and says "Who needs a dragon when you can have full automated one!?" (or something along those lines) Cue Murphy's head popping up behind a roof, far left stage, and suddenly its eye pops out ala springy eye glasses, a random shot of flame, and Mickey mutters "Aw crap, it broke AGAIN!?" Then the announcer spiels "Summer 'Crap'tastic, only this summer at Disneyland!"
Mickey then continues muttering as he walks off stage. "God I can't take it anymore....I need a drink..."

It's along those lines but since I've forgotten what the actual words are you have to see the show to get the correct lines. The show is always a good thing to go watch but don't try and get a center stage front row seating. Due to the beginning of the show you'll have to move and then run back to get the same spot. Ah yes, and the far right seating is also a 'splatter zone', you have to see the show in order to see what I mean.

For me seeing it was bittersweet. While there were some hints of the old show I remembered a lot of the show, like Haunt itself, has changed. Seeing blatant blood bags and lacking Freddy, Jason, and Pinhead were some of the more notable ones.

I'm sorry but some of my best memories include an entrance parody of the Main Street Electrical Parade (final going away year), shooting Barney,hanging Babe, and the Summer videos of Freddy, Jason and Pinhead. I remember laughing so hard it hurt. While some of the one liners made me smile (LOVED the Snugi reference) a lot of the show only encouraged me to treasure the memories I had of days gone by.
