 |  Queen Mary Meets the Queen Mary 2 Just a head's up - On Thursday, February 23rd, between 12:30 - 1:30pm, the Queen Mary 2 will meet its sister ship for the first time as it passes through Long Beach. The ships will greet each other with horn salutes. Should be pretty neat!  I'll try and post some photos and/or video after tomorrow.

The QM has one of the original QM whistles on it....I soooo wish i could go, but I could not get the day off and I ahve to many occurences to just take the day off...  ....I know alot of people going to take pictues and video though. I can't wait to see them...

| Re: Queen Mary Meets the Queen Mary 2 Got to go aboard the Queen Mary 2 as an invited guest today (Travel Agent) to see the Public Areas....WOW, what a beautiful ship....sorry no pics, didn't even think of taking the camera. Would love to sail on her Hawaiian Voyage coming up after this short 3 day cruise. But alas, no possible way, she is one of the most expensive cruises on the high seas!
